41 DAYS! you guys tell me to relax, but how can i relax when I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS HAPPENING thats not normal reaction cmon. and then 41 DAYS later they finally choose to look into his account and unban him. i just have to wait like a sheep? i saw a reddit post about a guys that got false VAC and he did not even try to appeal because all the story he heard about how it is impossible. i sent more info to support via automatic ticket that gets created after Vac ban but even there they do not tell you if they are looking into your situation, NOTHING. how am i as the customer not able to talk to the people that sold me the product. valve does not have a good system in place here. WTF IS THIS? how is that allowed to be in the game they are litteraly using hacks on the game and they are not banned. i also found out that HACKING CS:GO youtubers EXIST! how is this possible and VALVE DONT EVEN BAN THEM? also all unsecure server on csgo are "HVH" which i found out are hack vs hack servers. it is very true with the fact that you can see that many accounts are already being un-banned. Valve just gave something so they would not look compleatly bad by they mistake, they should have gave them something like steam money not a random game that THEY choose. then they gave all these fixed account free l4d2 like if they even probably cared they got that game.
this is ALSO not the first time this has happened back in 2010 VAC also banned A LOT of people because of broken. this is the first time anything like this has happened to me.
